Summer Nights at the Daum presents
Marideth Sisco: Stories and Song
6 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018, Stauffacher Theatre
Free and open to the public
Join us this summer as the Daum Museum presents extended evening hours (until 8 p.m.) and special events on the fourth Thursday of the month, beginning with May and continuing through August (5/24, 6/28, 7/26, 8/23).
Marideth Sisco is a Missouri storyteller, musician, journalist, teacher, and student of folklore. You might know her as the featured singer in the 2010 award-winning film Winter’s Bone. Her singing style is indebted to Appalachian folk and bluegrass traditions. Join us as Marideth spins tales and sings songs related to Ozark culture and history.
