c9: Contemporary Printmaking
February 5 - June 7, 2026 AdmissionPrintmaking carries a long tradition of storytelling, dissemination, and community connection. c9 seeks works that explore how processes of reproduction, layering, and mark-making can give form to questions of place and identity in today’s world. Artists are encouraged to submit work that considers how regional histories, cultural memory, and personal narratives shape the lived experience of the central United States.
The Daum Museum of Contemporary Art invites submissions for c9, a juried exhibition devoted to contemporary printmaking. This exhibition will feature artists currently residing in Missouri and its eight bordering states—Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee—who are advancing the medium through both traditional and experimental approaches.
