Gisela Colon: Pods

Los Angeles-based artist Gisela Colon is well regarded for her meticulously fabricated, glowingly iridescent wall sculptures, referred to as “pods.” These are large-scale, three-dimensional, non-representational objects, asymmetrical and biomorphic in shape, with perfectly smooth surfaces.
